IQAC Organizes Workshop on 2nd Round HEAT-ATF Project Preparation

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) successfully organized a day-long workshop on 2nd Round HEAT-ATF Project Preparation, yesterday, February 16, 2026. The event was graced by the distinguished resource person Prof. Dr. M. Zakir Saadullah Khan from the Department of Economics, Comilla University, whose vast academic background and over 80 research publications provided invaluable insights to the participants. The workshop was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan, Director of IQAC, and saw the active participation of 40 faculty members divided into 11 teams. Throughout four intensive technical sessions, the teams focused on strategic context, technical proposal writing, mastering critical annexes like Log Frame and EMP, and navigating finance and procurement strategies. The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session and the presentation of a memento of appreciation to the resource person, marking a significant step forward in enhancing the university's research and project design capabilities.
