International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) has officially launched the eSupport Ticketing System to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our support services.
The system is now live and accessible at:  eSupport
Through this system, all divisions, departments, and offices can conveniently submit, track, and manage their service requests and IT-related issues online. The platform is designed to ensure transparency, timely resolution, and improved communication between stakeholders.
We request all concerned offices to start using the eSupport Ticketing System with immediate effect for any support or service requirements.
